Information we process

• Firebase account identifier, name, email address, and profile photo supplied by Google or Apple.
• Lists, list items, optional prices, completion state, and change history you create.
• The name, photo, and participant color copied into list records to identify collaborators.

Why and where it is used

The data is used only to provide authentication, real-time collaboration, shared links, totals, and change history. Authentication and database services are provided by Google Firebase. Sign in with Apple is processed by Apple and Firebase. Data may be processed in the regions used by those providers.

Sharing and tracking

Anyone who receives a list link and signs in can view and edit that list while link access is enabled. YanYana does not include advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or data sales.

Retention and deletion

Data remains until the list owner deletes a list or the account owner deletes their account. Account deletion removes owned lists and the Firebase account, and removes profile copies from lists shared with the user where access remains available.

Security, children, and contact

YanYana uses authenticated Firebase access and encrypted HTTPS connections. No service can guarantee absolute security. The service is not directed to children under 13. For privacy questions, contact the developer using the address below.
